A $25mm fund investing in early-stage healthcare startups with the goal of being a high-conviction, founder-aligned capital partner from day 1. Our fund's name is a nod to visionary leaders who founded and built Cerner “Classic” and its associated “Works” businesses over the last 40+ years.Our mission: appropriately capitalize the Midwest region and support the next generation of game-changing founders in the healthcare & well-being ecosystem.

Built for execution helping companies accelerate on strategic, market-ready partnerships, and the operational work that turns strong ideas into real action. Together, the fund + advisory model lets us show up with more than capital, through hands-on help that early-stage teams often need most.

as a co-investment fund, we partner with other institutional investors. during this phase, if you already have an institutional investor committed to your round, we would like to connect. if you don't, we explore the interest of our network.
